One of the most important factors in therapy is the relationship between the therapist and client. For this reason, I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation for new clients. This will give you an opportunity to speak with me, get a sense of my style and approach, tell me about your concerns, and determine if you would like to proceed with an initial face-to-face meeting.
